A remote controlled vehicle took the following footage of a strange biological structure under water. Is it some kind of animal? What’s your guess?
The most convincing explanation I’ve read is that it’s actually a whale placenta! That makes a lot of sense, the alternative being too horrifying to contemplate. 
Oh. That does make more sense than it being some kind of jellyfish. Because it certainly didn’t seem to move like one.
