Acoustic levitation

Amazing looking technology, though I wonder just how noisy it is. They replaced the ambient noise with a music overlay, so I’m guessing there’s some noise, but the guy isn’t wearing protective headphones or anything so it’s probably not too bad

    I’m assuming that the sound is highly directional, and then they’ve got those dark foam pads to eliminate any excess sound that might bounce off. So I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s rather quiet. Apart from the humming of the machinery. There must always be gentle humming.
